Anna Wyszkoni’s new video clip was created by PSYCHOKINO, a duo of Dorota Piskor and Tomek Ślesicki, widely known for making the clips of such artists as Dawid Podsiadło, BOKKA and Sorry Boys. According to the authors, the project was the first time experience in more than one respect:
„It was for the first time that we got down to a 'mainstream’ type of song. It was also for the first time we saw Piotr Zelt wearing a large moustache and glasses. It was for the first time we worked with so many extras all at once. It was also a unique first time experience for Ania as it was the first video clip (out of 27 !) in which she did not appear. However, we hope she’ll love it even more than all the previous ones.” And this is what Ania has said about the clip:
”No sooner had I read the script of ”The Lunatic” prepared by Psychokino, than I decided to work on the clip with them. The idea was unique, realistic and suitable for the video clip production. As a matter of fact, it looked like the fulfillment of my dreams. The final effects were exactly the same as those presented in the description (which is usually of rare occurrence). Another reason why I think the situation was unique is the fact that it is the first video clip for my song without my participation. I felt like experiencing something new and I soon came to the conclusion that this composition, which is quite exceptional in my repertoire, gives me the best opportunity to experiment. I’m delighted with the effects; particularly with the fact that the leading roles were played by professional actors, including Piotr Zelt, who was fantastic as Larry, an adorkable and very ambitious gym teacher who enjoys great favour and popularity. I got really excited about being just an observer on what was going on during the production of my own video clip.”Please watch and enjoy it!
